Inclusive Housing

Harikoa Foundation is about providing residence in a connected and inclusive community, consisting of people with and without disability.  As we commence the development of the first Harikoa residences, we invite organisations and individuals to work with us.

We are currently working towards setting up the initial sites where it is important to look at issues like access to public transport, shops, and the overall ability to foster a connected and inclusive community.

We are taking a phased and sustainable approach to building the community, ensuring a well-planned and thoughtful development process, based on the requirements of the individuals.  Units and apartments needs to be build within a safe and secure environment, fostering a strong sense of belonging. We plan to provide a diverse range of amenities, including:

• common areas

• gym

• gardens

• co-working spaces.
